Maricopa County Parks & Recreation will begin upgrading to a new Point of Sale and Reservation System starting the week of Monday, November 10, at 12:00 a.m. and continue through Sunday, November 16, at 11:59 p.m.
The following services will be impacted during that time:
•Camping reservations
•Facility reservations
•Annual pass and gift card purchases
Existing reservations made before the start of the upgrade will remain unaffected. While the upgrade is occurring, you will be limited to same-day camping and facility reservations only. Reservations must be made directly with the park, either by phone or in person.
Annual passes will be unavailable for purchase during the upgrade week. We encourage purchasing a new annual pass before November 10 or after the new system goes live on November 17 to ensure a smooth transaction.
From early bird walks to creatures of the night treks, our interpretive rangers offer a variety of programs to help you learn about the flora and fauna that call the beautiful Sonoran Desert home.
While our team makes every effort to ensure you’ll have a pleasant visit, sometimes Mother Nature isn’t always on the same page. Important park updates and changes can be found on the website under the “Park Updates” button.
From hiking to trail running and mountain biking to horseback riding, Maricopa County’s regional parks have trails for every use. Visit our “Maps” page to pick out the perfect trail for your trek. Not sure which trail to explore? Stop by the nature center and ask our team for suggestions!
